Fitbit not updating anywhere almost 24hrs

tried unpairing. now devices cannot even see it to pair.
Tried rebooting... nothing.
Any help appreciated.

    So Bluetooth from device to phone for Fitbit app to sync.

    I'd suggest engage the Fitbit forums since they actually support the device and you'll have an audience of total Fitbit users and many more using your device - which you fail to even mention here.
    When you do topic there under correct device, report phone being used.
