    Good Morning BBB.
    Back on the exercise wagon here - I had fallen off for a few weeks and only working out sporadically - it feels good be back in the routine.
    Looking at a couple kayaks over the weekend - one new and one used twice - I really want one that I can put into the back of my escape with the back hatch open and strapped - I am not into lifting a kayak onto the roof alone and I definitely want to be able to grab it and go on my own.
    Mary - I am with Kelly - I would love to be caught up and do something "boring."
    Lee - smart to get AB reacquainted before the big trial.
    Sam - You were smart to get voting done - its on my list for next week or so.
    Lou - glad the parents are better.
    Dave - what new tools are you looking to get?
    Steph - we love REI
    Do good out there everyone.

    Braves found their bats last night - thankfully. Late night game 5 tonight.

    REI is nice! EXpensiVE....

    iPhone 12 in less than 2 hours. Yippee!

    Good morning BBB crew.

    REI is an institution, here in the Northwest. Making a pilgrimage up to Seattle, back when there was only one store, was a real thing. Many don't seem to know that is is a co-op. I have been a member since 1975. My dad joined in 1955. Probably 50 percent of my clothes, and 100 percent of my hiking/camping gear comes from REI.

    I really want to buy a hollowing system, Raine. I get a little bored turning bowls and want to do deeper and larger hollow forms than I can with the tools I have.

    Always glad when the Dodgers lose. I miss daytime playoff games - though that isn't as much an issue, here on the West Coast.

    Morning BBB

    We got in a long hike yesterday, mostly on a snowmobile trail/mountain bike trail. It was a good and just a little chilly with lots of mountain and stream views. Probably the last day in the 70's so we ended the afternoon at a brewery for a flight.

    Today going to rain all day...have 4 cottages to clean then I plan to color my hair and read a book.

    I feel yard will get edged and cut today, mood just has not hit yet.
    Cooler temps coming in tonight, will be getting out of 80's they claim
    Cool enough for chicken and dumplings
    DGD has made it to State in in cross country, will be competing in middle GA tomorrow; she came in top in her category at regions
    DW taking DMIL to two doctors appointments today, so I will not have a stuporvisor in way

    • Yep, good to see the Braves bounce back last night. The young pitcher was awesome and Ozuna's bat is back. I'm not excited about an after 9pm start tonight but I will stay up and watch it.
    • Sam, I'm hoping your DGD runs like the wind this weekend.
    • Kayak's are good. I should use mine more. I'm spoiled that it is on a rack 20' from the lake.
    • Who would have guessed Skip would be getting a new iPhone at introduction? B)

    Love REI. Didn’t know about being a “member” if you will.

    We aren’t super cool here in Indiana but, dh did upgrade to an iPhone 10 se yesterday. Ha ha.

    My weight is up. Ugh. All this partying does it.

    The Covid19 is about right in weight gain since February uugghh. Stop the madness.

    I had job work to do today.

    We are on the road to lake now, ETA 8pm. Calling for colder Temps, so winterizing boat and rv is indeed happening this weekend. First stop is swaping out to New boat trailer Sat 8am.

    I'm an REI member. I usually do some Christmas gift shopping there.

    Only 6:30pm and almost dark outside here,already uugghh. Early to bed tonight. Good thing we have propane Heat!

    Raine, you ever sell your RV?

    We have kayaks and a paddle boat available for use, so fun!
