Calorie Intake

Do you as PCOS women take in less calories than the "average" person. For instance I've been reading people saying they eat back their exercise calories, which to me I understand, but I can't really comprehend. I have my activity level set at lightly active (at home wife with a toddler at home and always doing something around the house) with a one pound weight loss per week. My daily goal is 1480. Should it be less because of the PCOS and slow metabolism? I never eat back my exercise calories either. I barely lose weight as it is. Just wondering what you all do?

I eat very low carb and I don't really worry about my calorie intake. I find that if I eat when I am hungry and don't when I am not I stay full under my calorie goals. That being said, I naturally eat right at my TDEE-20%. Since I eat very low carb, I eat high fat so I am very satiated all day.
