    Happy Thanksgiving to all who are celebrating it today.
    I was going to use this as a pass day. But I burned over 1200 caleries with all the cooking and cleaning I did today. Plus the dog walks.
    I did eat reasonable and logged.

    Update: tacking on another 7,000 steps and 150ish exercise calories (which includes a literal sprint out the door in order to get to the store before it closed at 9 pm.

    Why? An item I bought last week was on sale as a doorcrasher and I only noticed while casually scrolling through my phone after dinner.

    There was no way I wasn't going to get either the difference in price back as a refund ($30+) or a second box.

    I opted for a 2nd box, STILL got some money back and even had time to pick up stocking stuffers on my list...all before 9

    Boom! The exercise over the past two months - especially those random Fartleks - really benefitted me today.

    Saving money is my motivation 🤣

    Although I did run a virtual Turkey Trot 10K this morning, I indulged in homemade cinnamon rolls and deep dish pizza, so I am taking Pass Day #2 for the month. :) Back at it tomorrow!
