Calories: YES. I got this figured out. For long weekend runs where my calorie burn is excessive, I am allowing myself half of calories burned as per my Garmin back into my daily calorie allowance. I figured out I was under-eating those days, resulting in a binge the following day to compensate.
Tracking: YES.
I just noticed the same thing. I do TDEE with a small percentage deficit but on heavier activity days I was noticing my watch showing a 500 plus deficit. I started to eat back some of the deficit. Before I started to do this, I too was ravenous the next day and completely drained.4 -

Happy birthday from me as well🎈💐🎁
Busy day today so I'll just note that yesterday went okay, but I had too few cals left (about 100). Kids and myself finished week 3 of Heather's programme! Cant believe I'm 3 weeks into it. I enjoy her workouts a lot❣5 -
Yes, to exercise. Yes to tracking. No to calorie range.4

For me when I am struggling I have 2 big goblets which I use to help me for several years. One is filled with marbles for all the "good" days and the other has just 2 marbles in it from the 'bad" days. It helps to put things in perspective and remind us that a bad day or three or 4 does NOT undo all the good days. What's important is the marathon and not the sprint.

Exercise: Yes 200 mins on treadmill ( burned 1,076 calories )
Calories: Yes
Tracked: Yes
Pass Days: 3 left
I don't normally do this amount of exercise or burn this amount of calories. Today is my 52nd birthday. I wanted to have some take out food today and gluten free cupcakes. I still wanted to have an extra 400 calories left over from exercise. It wasn't hard to do it today either. My husband thought I was never gonna come up from the basement! Its where my treadmill is. I enjoyed my day so much today and I never left the house! I walked and listened to two great podcasts and those were almost 2 hours long each so it wasnt hard to keep going.
Happy Birthday!1 -
