    Up at 4 a.m. for no other reason than worrying about a friend. Too long a day and way too hungry, so ended up by about 150 cal over. Too tired after putting the kids to bed to burn those extra cals in a workout. So that calls for a pass, the second this month.

    On a good note: kids wanted us to workout again! So we did Heather's W3 D3 together! 🥰

    Today was a "rest" day for me since I was still sore (abs) from my core workouts and then my walking/running fiasco yesterday! Lol. But I did manage to get in my 10k steps around the house and did almost 3 hours worth of "giving massages".

    Yes on the exercise and tracking but over on the calories, so a pass day for me.

    My brain is on constant overdrive and I can only quiet it after I exercise for over an hour. I will check out What's on Your Mind....appreciate meditation info greatly...
