Zoom workouts are pre-scheduled for the last half of the month (after I've habituated myself to whatever primary weightlifting routine I've committed to) so eating the frog this morning was already arranged.
And while I don't usually count my walking calories, today I was thrifting after work. That meant I was moving a lot of furniture pieces while walking about. Gotta make that sweat count for something...and I got a lovely MCM-ish secretary desk out of the afternoon's ordeal 😍
It also helps to have those walking calories counted because I have one pass day left (as of yesterday). This feels so omninous lol9 -

Over on the calories by about 400. Snacking binge likely because I was excited and also nervous about a job interview the next day.
This means I am out of passes so I will need to behave on Thanksgiving if I want to do it right.6 -
