Pass day 4. I know what went wrong and felt terrible as a result so hopefully lesson learnt.
I was feeling a bit tired after a busy week so skipped my morning training session. Work then became crazy busy and I did over 15000 steps which included unloading and packing the freezer with over 1.5 tonnes on fish and unloading 250kg of chlorine. In addition to all my normal duties which included covering my colleague who was off for this weekend duty. Then had to do a drive by drop off for tortoises as the tortoise rehab guy was waiting for COVID test results and couldn’t collect (his family was negative by the time I got there but youngest has flu so they are still isolating until he is better). I had managed to squeeze in enough time to grab burger takeaway with my volunteer who is there every morning with me to say thank you to her for all her hard work. However I had not had coffee since arriving at work so when I stopped at the shop when I was finally on my way home I was exhausted (busy week ending in a crazy day and no caffeine in my system to block the tired making chemicals) and my will power was low so I bought too much junk food. Ate it all and woke up during the night with negative consequences from eating too much rubbish. When I’m that tired, I need to avoid shops or have coffee first!
The scale today is 1.6kg up from yesterday but I know it will go back down soon enough. One day isn’t enough to increase that much.
I logged all my food this morning and it wasn’t as bad as I thought. Less than 500 over budget (and if I counted exercise calories I would have been under).
Back on track today although exercise will be yoga as it is rest day. The day does include helping my friend move the last of her belongings out of my house. She has moved to a new place for various reasons. Next week I do a thorough clean of the house, move my bed into her room and turn my room into a training space! Then I need to get my own Jiu Jitsu mats!6 -

I made it, but just by a few calories today!
Workout: 🚴♀️ for about 45min and 🏋️♀️🤸♀️ for 30min. Eating was okay, but carbs-loaded...
The latter was Heather's Day 4, but the former is a nice situation to share. When I left in the morning, my tire was deflated. 🤦♀️ My sweet son suggested and insisted I take his new bike 😍 (and even told me how to adjust the sattle). At lunch I biked to the backery and then thought "what a nice weather", so took a longer way back - passed by a lake, through green fields, sky was blue... such a beautiful ride! 🌞
As it happens (Rick, are you spying on me?!? 🧐), I have just recently danced again, to music I love. When everybody was sleeping, 🎧 and... free style 💃! Fun time!
There are dance workouts out there, too, should you guys and girls want to try this:
