    I made it, but just by a few calories today!
    Workout: 🚴‍♀️ for about 45min and 🏋️‍♀️🤸‍♀️ for 30min. Eating was okay, but carbs-loaded...

    The latter was Heather's Day 4, but the former is a nice situation to share. When I left in the morning, my tire was deflated. 🤦‍♀️ My sweet son suggested and insisted I take his new bike 😍 (and even told me how to adjust the sattle). At lunch I biked to the backery and then thought "what a nice weather", so took a longer way back - passed by a lake, through green fields, sky was blue... such a beautiful ride! 🌞

    As it happens (Rick, are you spying on me?!? 🧐), I have just recently danced again, to music I love. When everybody was sleeping, 🎧 and... free style 💃! Fun time!
