This is Buckley, he is two in December.
This is Rommy, and he was six when he passed away and why we have Buckley.
Loomis is the older one, he was twelve and Rommy when he was a puppy. Both are in doggy heaven! We also had one before named Cinnamon who passed away when she was 14 we are a "Golden" family. We love this breed!

My rescue cats - I don’t go looking for cats but sometimes they find me. This is our newest Moose - who’s previous owner went to assisted living and had to surrender his cats - poor thing pulled out all the fur he could reach and only has one eye from an infection when he was found in a woodpile as a kitten. We felt he was not going to be adopted so we took him - he’s so low able - he spoon sleeps between us at night... in fact we had to upgrade to a king to accommodate him. Totally worth it.

(if I were still 5'3" i'd be ~ 2 pounds into "BMI-Normal" and the very upper edge of my maintenance zone. I admitted to the Wii that I am now 5'2" (olde-age spine compression type thing) so I am BMI-25.40 still 2 pounds on the WRONG side of the dividing line between BMI Overweight and BMI Normal, and 3 or so pounds after that to get below middle of maintenance range)
The sun is already behind the houses by 4:30 - 4:45 (after-dark by the time I "commute down the stairs at ~5:00" ) and it seems we don't do the after-supper walks any more. It's gonna feel like a long winter this year ....4 -

Month #2 in the UAC group. Happy with how October went. Did well in the challenge and also took off 5 lbs along the way.
I am expecting November to be a challenging month. I would like to make the winner’s circle again, but at worst, I will accumulate the least number of passes I can. With all that will come at the end of the month (Nov 26 – 29), I need to really stay focused every day leading up to those dates.
For this round, I’m going to start logging my net calories since I think I should be looking into what portion of exercise calories I should be adding in. I have been getting some thoughtful input on this. There is likely going to be some evolution over the month, but I know there is a delicate and individual balance regarding total calories, I will update as I define. I love animals in general, but am likely mostly a crazy cat lady. Life stops me at two, but I would enjoy more. Here are my boys Han Solo (an abandoned rescue), and Harry (surrendered when owner headed into hospice).
other fun ones, this little guy I rescued in the road of Maine last weekend. He has since made his way to a shelter and now has a happy safe home.
