Favorite summer activity is likely why I am here - probably "eating". I am not a summer person. Fall is my favorite. I am not a bright sun, heat, humidity, or water person. So of course it made a lot of sense that hubby and I bought a place in the Florida Keys last year. I think I'm going to need to find a better favorite summer "activity". :P

I was able to walk at the park today. The sunny day was just right. My energy level was good and I got some yardwork done. Seems simple but just enjoyed being out and it made me happy to feel the warm sun on my face.5 -

Ever notice how the universe has a way of seeing just how serious you are about achieving your goals? You get on a roll, (and last week was my roll), and up goes a roadblock. I tore the meniscus in my knee today after jogging for 15 seconds!! That's right....not minutes, but seconds!! I cannot straighten it or put weight on it so I was given crutches at the ER. The doc says it will heal on its own, but that it will get worse before it starts to get better! So...
