    Good Morning BBB.
Tom arrived home yesterday late afternoon - so good to see him. We went to a wonderful steakhouse for his birthday dinner. Really Really good.
He will fly up once a month for 3 - 4 days through the winter - we can handle that easily. This last trip was the longest that we have been apart in 19 years - hopefully no more of that!
    Condolences for the BBB losses.
    Do good out there everyone.

    Good morning

    Welcome home Tom!!

We didn’t go to Wisconsin. Nothing planned here Saturday and Sunday so we did some shopping, worked outside and I cleaned inside and cooked. All caught up again.

It’s COLD here. I love the cool weather. No heat on just the cold wind in my face as I sleep and I could go on for an entire paragraph or more as to how wonderful I feel when I wake up !!! Ha.

I haven’t read to catch up on the weekend news. If someone has the cliff notes that’d be great. Ha.

Make it a great day people!! ❤️

    Good morning BBB crew.

Is there a 12-step program for your phone addiction, Skip?

Seahawks blew it, last night. As a friend said after watching one of their earlier games, "Bad defense makes for exciting games."

    Good morning BBB Friends.
    • Welcome home Tom.
    • Breakfast with the Methodist Men's Club this morning. No cooking, I got biscuits from Chick-Fil-A.
    • I'm headed out for a PSA test in a few. Then waiting a few days of waiting for results.
    • I feel a nap in my future too.

    Sorry Lou and Cecilia's losses
Don't believe Skip is addicted any more to phones than he is to vehicles
Hoping PSA comes back very low, just don't allow them to do biopsy
Fine mist and fog today in upper 60's
    Believe strongly in afternoon naps

Mary, it is quite understandable you aren't familiar with a test you'll never have, although the men in your life probably will.

Prostate-specific antigen, or PSA, is a protein produced by normal, as well as malignant, cells of the prostate gland. The PSA test measures the level of PSA in a man’s blood. For this test, a blood sample is sent to a laboratory for analysis. The results are usually reported as nanograms of PSA per milliliter (ng/mL) of blood.
