lol, about raking leaves. It's extra windy here today but into the 60's. Hubby and I went and raked all the leaves that were caught against the house back into the yard so they could blow away. Work smarter, not harder.
Tomorrow we will try for another outdoor walk too.

laundry, minimal errands, and a long slow for just over an hour today hitting about 8400 steps before dinner. it took a lot of motivation to get off my couch this afternoon. i was perfectly content reading a book after my half day at work!0 -

I'm in with both of you on these thoughts. Whether we are currently back on lock down again, or possibly in the near future, or our numbers are increasing more, again, depending where we live, we all need to work extra hard to stay positive and to care for each other as well as ourselves. I am so grateful we have these groups with positive MFP friends. Our little walking group has been so supportive over the years... and during 2020. We are blessed indeed 💖🌼 .

Just realized I haven't done any yoga workouts this week till today... so... will do another one right now.1 -
5k steps the last 2 days, a little short of my goal of 6k minimum each day but its ok cause I did my best, I worked really hard with patients and families, and I'm eating sensibly and not overeating. Had part of the most delicious dark chocolate (a gift from a coworker earlier this week)!1

Hit over 6k yesterday and then went out and did 6000 steps on a 45 minute OUTDOOR walk (2 days in a row hooray for nice weather in november!) this morning after coffee. Hope everyone had a safe and healthy Thanksgiving day and a good weekend ahead.1
