    Exercise: yes, slow walking for many hours while I disinfected public areas, plus carried some heavy boxes for upper body strength (the last not required)
    Calories: yes, under by 18 calories. I guesstimate some of my food, so the calorie count may be off, but I'll take it

    Late night snacking did me in. Babysat my niece, the usual Tuesday thing, along with working a reduced hour day because I'm working a few hours on Saturday. I love my time with my niece!

    Pass Day. Ten hour drive day to get home. I love seeing family but being home feels great too. It will also be helpful in getting back to a regular routine.
