Yes, yes and yes. I was under my calorie goal without using my exercise calories. I boxed for 40 minutes today. I tracked everything I ate and drank. I was struggling today but kept reminding myself of my goal for this week.

Late night snacking did me in. Babysat my niece, the usual Tuesday thing, along with working a reduced hour day because I'm working a few hours on Saturday. I love my time with my niece!
