Late entry. Hope everyone is enjoying their holiday time off...

My first time using all 3 pass days. Interestingly, I'm so far under my weekly net calories that I can eat MORE on Boxing Day than I did today and still be okay from the week's perspective in light of eating and exercise combined. But since I was overfull from today (which started with a breakfast of cheesecake 'n coffee), that's next to impossible.

    ---|---|---|---
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? YES | Bret Contreras' Strong Curves "At Home Workout" program (35) TOTAL: 35 min
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? NO | Over by 500+ calories
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? YES |
    ---|---|---|---

Personal Bonus: Did I meet my protein macro for the day (min 40%)? NO | 16 % (4 out of 16 days)
    Pass Days used: (DEC11)(DEC14)(DEC25)

Stayed up late again, but slept just about enough and took a nap, too!

Given that the family festive meal started at lunch, I think I was within my caloric budget for the day. Not sure I logged everything, but we took a long, over 2h walk, in the afternoon, to see some lovely display of Christmas Lights, so I am confident that I did okay for the day!

@Dory_42 they are all over. My Nephew is a lawyer from Canada and has been in Tanzania for several months already. I believe the lawsuit is over and his family joined him a few weeks ago for a 2 month adventure. They have maps for each day and I follow him on facebook... LOL. They are indeed world travelers. Unlike me who has been to Canada and some Islands.

@SummerSkier That sounds amazing. Tanzania is another one on my list. Sadly although I live in Africa I have never gone north of the South African border. I’ll get there one day.

Catching up on posts from today and enjoy reading them all and your pictures! Merry Christmas Everyone who celebrates today!
@Dory_42 Always love reading your life and work adventures and the pic of Santa seal is so cute! I also want to say that I wish I had your arms girl! You have amazing muscle in your arms and I need to start working on some lifting again!
@SummerSkier I have never been to Africa, but that tree looks beautiful, so big, and very cool pic of the kids standing in the huge hole of the tree!
@RangerRickL I really appreciate that " our leader of group " has taken 4 pass days this month when we are only allowed 3 to make Winners Circle. It shows us that even the person who created this group and made the rules years ago still can struggle too and is human, thank you for that Rick!

Christmas Day with my hubby and our dog Buckley who you can see in pic is clearly wondering what Mommy and Daddy are doing! LOL

@ginadomaszewicz thanks for the compliments, but my arms are still my weakest link. I’m a cyborg with two plates holding my bones together and some shoulder issues following the broken arm and kidney transplant left me a serious weakling. I can currently manage a grand total of ONE full push up. Working on improving that!

Wow I am sorry to hear that! You do look amazing to me and I bet even with all that you could still lift more than me! LOL
