I like the winter solstice, for those of us in the north it means our days will start getting longer. Not much at first, but I always think of it as the first very early sign of spring.6 -

I tracked and did two dog walks bit went over in calories during a mindless munchy episode. I gave myself permission in the moment and am not regretful, but I need to be careful not to blow it throughout the rest of the holidays.5 -

Another good night's sleep. 😉 That's what happens when you feel like binging and go to bed instead 😃.
I took the kids for a small bike 🚴♀️ tour in the neighbourhoods. Didn't get a ton of work done, but we were busy all day. 🤷♀️ I managed to start Robertson's week 8 💪 (while kids were watching a documentary l8 afternoon) and was left with over 400 cals (all my workout cals, it seems).🎉
