Yes x’s 3. Working on coming in under calories but not forcing it. Walked for about 5 miles including a moderate pace with friends as well as a brisk turn about town and did 20 min on my spin bike.2

Doing the serious house cleaning now to get the house ready to sell. Will be doing more of the same on Sunday.2 -
Will give up a UAC pass, though this was a good day. Slept for 9 hrs, yeay! Eating was okay (apart for the coconut bar, that's what put me over). I sorted some toys and paper, throwing some of the latter, to free some space 😁. Did a collection of light workouts, but the cleaning probably didnt burn much...2

Kind of a light day for exercise. Knees want that every other day or so.
Took Buddy for a tour of the neighborhood Christmas lights. Went half way up a hill I been known to do repeats on. Little bit tricky getting down that steep of a hill with Buddy.
He laughed continuously the whole time. I ought to get me a recording of that.2 -
