Yes the impossible is sometimes possible...it happened today!
Exercise: yes..ran 9.5 miles (hills) in 1hr 59 min (unbelievable for me) and better yet...it felt easy and wonderful. One of my best running highs. Got me some new running shoes and they worked like a charm. Plus, the weather was just right....(it's not all me)...low pollution, low allergies, right temps...one of those rare days the stars are aligned

I had the chance to sleep in today...and did. Just threw me off mentally. Not repeating that.. Anyway - finally have my Christmas decorating finished and am glad to have the boxes out of the way again. I've been talking alot about snowmen yard art ...and how I would look for one on clearance... Well, my walking buddy surprised me with one today. She is too sweet!6 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes; the wife and I walked about 9km yesterday between a morning and afternoon walk. Also did day 9 of my FB Bodyweight 4 week schedule for about 50mins which was brutal.

@alaskamutts Rowing takes so much mental fortitude. When I went to orange theory they had these rowing challenges and 2k already felt like forever, let alone the distance you must've done in 30mins. I could never get my breathing rhythm right for whatever reason.5
