I own a food scale but left it on and the batteries died. It's safe to say I am going to replace those batteries and weigh everything. Never thought I could be sabotaging myself accidentally!

    they can be very inexpensive. i have one that is not digital and i think it was 10$.
    i just ordered a digital one from groupon for 22

    everything that isnt in a package with a set serving size and caloric info on the package
