Happy Monday?!
I took a peek at my scale yesterday and was reminded of how important it is for me to weigh my food! Starting today I will be more committed to weighing everything. For now, I'm also going to have to eat fewer of my hubby's delicious meals because it's just too hard to count the calories.
Today:
run 1m, swim
ride
big *kitten* salad
weigh everything!
Stay under calories

I haven't posted in a couple of days. My dog passed away on Thursday and I was dealing with that. I do have to say that over the last couple of day I didn't eat my emotions and that I am proud about.
My goals for today are to get my weight training done and to get my water in.5 -
I wish the pool was open here I'd love to go for a swim
Today:
stay under calories
go for a walk
do 1/2hr on the bike

Weighing food is key. It is eye opening when you start to weigh your food and realize how many calories you are actually eating.2 -
@taxgirl1 so sorry about your dog It's always so heartbreaking.
@MrsAcyprus2015 I am lucky the pool at my gym is open. Due to COVID, they're letting us reserve lanes, but the locker rooms are closed and everyone has to wear a mask except while in the pool.2 -

*Get in 3 strength training workouts (1 down already)

My goals for today are simple... do some house cleaning, take a walk, and stay under on calories. 🌈🌈1

I was back down to 340.4 today after a weird 5 days of fluctuation (all the way up to 342.2). Hoping to get under 340 sometime this week.
My goals for today were to stay under calories and go to the gym. I did both!4 -
Stayed under today, drank water, walked. Fruit and veg. Not very active at work.
Tomorrow:
