Level 3!

Since I've been bored it was suggested I try the next level. I tried level 3 today. Holy crap! It is probably my favorite workout of the 3 but I could not finish. I got the dry heaves bad! (I think it was the superman's) I made it halfway through the last circuit though. Hopefully the next time will be better!

So two is the worst then? It's funny because I don't have a lot of upper arm strength and thought those planks were gonna be murder but I have no issues with them, just push ups! Crazy!0
