What is your workout routine?

Help me if I'm wrong but this is my schedule: Mondays: cardio & upper body
Tuesdays: cardio
Wednesday: cardio and core
Thursday: cardio
Friday: cardio and lower body
Saturday & sunday: cleaning the house and laundry lol I guess that's cardio and weight lifting LMBO!

    How do you find daily exercise?
    At the moment I’m doing couch 2 5k, although rather than 3 times a week, I am trying to run every other day. I’d like to increase to exercising every day if I can. X
