    Good morning

Dig out those stocking and leave then out tomorrow night the eve of the 5th. St. Nick comes, for the morning of the 6th. Fruit, nuts and a chocolate advent calendar is what our boys always received.

I'm shopping with Angel this afternoon for what seems to be her traditional Christmas gift from me, new basketball shoes, for the new season. Shes growing like a weed. 8th grader now.. This season its the Nike LeBron Witness 4's.... Last year, the Giannis Air Zoom Freaks. What a racket!!! A size and a half too small now. Thats all the in person shopping for me to Do!

My brother ordered appliances too that got pushed out to Jan!! Geezz.

Tom and I decided to take the 2.5 hour ride to our lake property tomorrow and back. Do a welfare check on glamper, etc. Its suppose to be nice out, still no snow here... Nothing else to do, so why not! Be home before dark!

    Have a great day everyone!

    Morning BBB

Didn't check in yesterday...I took a day off from social media. I got up early and we went to watch the sunrise over the mountains (not an especially good day for it) then drive all over Vermont along several scenic byway. Lots of cute towns we would have stopped in if not for covid. We packed a lunch so didn't have to go in anywhere. It was a beautiful day for a drive.

Today we need to personalize the cottages, turn up the heat and change the hot tub filters. All 5 have guests today. Forecast for a few inches of snow tomorrow.

Mary sounds like a good day for a drive. Hope you get sun.

    Good morning BBB crew.

Spent all day "shopping" with DW, yesterday, and didn't come across as dismissive or impatient a single time. I call that job well done.

    Mornin' BBB.

You rock, Dave. I need lessons.

Skip, sounds like you have a pretty cool neighborhood. We just found out one of our neighbors got arrested by the feds for child porn. Very sad story. Kids and wife involved.
House with 5 acres for sale, cheap.

Off to see a sick dog or two.

Thats amazing, Lee! WTF is wrong with people!

We are quite lucky! We have a GREAT group of neighbors - and we all get along nicely and do multiple events each year! The Christmas Vacation watch party will be fun tonight! ~Skip

    Good morning BBB Friends.
    • Okay Mary, you know something I don't about St. Nick and Dec. 6th??? The story about Angel and the basketball shoes is great though. You are special.
    • I am proud to announce our Christmas tree is up. It's not decorated yet. One thing at a time.
    • Well done Dave. Well done.
    • There are sickos everywhere. Even in CT. There are special people (Critter Fixers) everywhere. Even in CT.
    • I took the CR-V with two coats of Turtle Wax Hybrid Ceramic wax out on the road for the 1st time yesterday. I think it is faster now?!?

    Good Afternoon,
Holes in ceiling, still not repaired; but dishwasher working and sink is draining for now
Finished shopping last night on internet; hopefully all arrives by Dec. 24th
Dave, much more patience than me
Mary, always enjoy a little road trip
Steph, looks like you and Ron will be busy next week
Still enjoy Christmas classics, so much better than Hallmark where plot and conclusion is known before watching
