Good Morning BBB.
With all this poofing of posts I feel like we got robbed.
Met the neighbors directly across the canal - they are wonderful. So the 3 houses across the canal all have nice people and the only toxic people are the couple in the house next to our house - that is okay - we have them surrounded!
Hoping Rita's surgery goes smooth tomorrow.
Mary - I loved seeing the pic of the RV on the new lot.
Steph - how much longer are you up in that area?
Sam - I guess according to DMIL you are very powerful!
Bill - evidently your reputation precedes you 🤣

Lou, what’s going on with your flooring?
My car is still in the shop. The rental agreement says no pets. They can’t go to daycare and the dogs are dying to go. $2100 and my car should be fixed today or tomorrow. My car is a 2013 with 65k miles on it. First repair bill. Ugh. Hope it’s not a start of something.

Toxic neighbors are the worst! We are fortunate. We have a few screwballs - but mostly everyone is quite cordial; humorous; and has a sense of unity for community.
Me Dad flies in today. Will be here through the weekend. Coming in to help us with a Community Day of Service for an aged Veteran tomorrow. We have 30 volunteers coming out to assist in a cleanup day. Can't wait.
RIP BGen Chuck Yeager. What a legendary serviceman!

Morning BBB
Raine we will leave NH a week from Friday unless something changes with out homeowners. They are currently vacationing in Florida and haven't confirmed their return date/time but assume nothing has changed.
Dug the car out yesterday and went for a drive. Our little area had the most snow compared to nearby. We didn't drive over either mountain pass as we decided to go north. Supposed to snow again this afternoon... probably need to get the tractor back out before the guests arrive as it has been flurring regularly all week.
What I don't understand about NH... almost no one has a garage. Huge houses but cars sit outside. 🤷 Literally a garage is in the top 5 of things I miss from 'my old life'.0 -

A flooring guy is coming to repair the kitchen tonight. Best Buy is taking back their dishwasher on Thursday because their computer wouldn't let them reschedule installation, but would let them cancel and take the return. Home Depot is installing a new dishwasher on Friday because eff Best Buy after all their BS trying to reschedule.

- I am blessed with neighbors in our little 'hood. They don't all think like me but that may be a good thing.
- My new car has a heated steering wheel. I am thinking "what the heck do I need this for?". It would probably come in handy in NH.
- Hard to believe General Yeager was 97. He was a real Space Cowboy.
- Heat and Air guy coming today for routine service. Let's hope it's routine.
- Good luck with the floor, plumbing, dishwasher fiasco Lou.

Good Evening, where did the day go, I was swapped in my home office bidding a big job we'll never get, but the pretend boss say hey its good pratice. For what? My next gig LOL?! Whatever.
DS1 called to make sure we are good with him coming home for Christmas ? huh? Why. Oh yeah, we are in the midst still of covid. Yes, please just come, we will keep it just us immediate family. If I get hit by a bus, or he does, then what. We shouldve spend our last Christmas together, thats what, imo!
Raine, are those next door neighbors still giving you guys a hard time? Install a white LED yard light that shines over into their bedroom window LOL.
I collected 100% hoa dues! I knocked on the 2 doors missing, and got checks! whoohoo!
No board nominations other than the one for me thou. ugh.
Im really enjoying watching The Crown. Haven't been able to watch it very much, still on Season 1 Ep. 5, but its good.... Looking forward to binging it over the holidays.....
