Hi! I've been an athlete all my life (I'm 26), but the pandemic made team sports impossible and I've started to feel less like myself as my body changes. I'm finally taking on the self-loathing voice in my head and hoping to build a healthy, flexible lifestyle that I can be proud of. My biggest worry is that I'll give up when the going gets tough (it already feels tough), so please let me know if you have any strategies for making sure you stick to your healthy habits, whatever they may be.
