What do y’all think about sharing food logs here? Doesn’t have to be detailed or include the calories.
It might give others ideas for food options. Or might encourage ourselves to make better choices!
I’ll go first for yesterday:
Breakfast - two apple cinnamon rice cakes
Lunch- McDonalds double cheeseburger and small fries, water
Snack- holiday pie
Dinner- spring mix salad with cucumbers, celery, tomatoes, carrots and lite Italian dressing
Drinks- water only

I live seeing other people's food diaries (especially veg/vegan) for inspiration!! I like seeing the calorie distribution too
My diary is open and I always read my MFP friends' diaries when they complete them at the end of the day 🤓 not sure how well I would do posting on here, but you guys are welcome to add me as a friend on this site and we can read each other's diaries that way!! 💜💙1 -
I'll join you @melissalan I think having to share with you guys will make me more honest with myself. Tracking calories is still the hardest part for me...especially with those calories in the 2nd half of the day
I have the same thing for breakfast every day. Oatmeal, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp molasses.
I'll start posting tonight2 -
Today was go-go-go, so definitely not as healthy as I would like.
Breakfast- sausage biscuit

Snack- one butter cookie

As usual, yesterday started out good with my oatmeal and gradually went downhill from there.
lunch: PBJ sandwich
snacks: apple, popcorn, chips
dinner: Chinese - tofu with mixed vegetables and 3 crab rangoon
drinks - water, seltzer, morning coffee
The chips and the crab rangoon were the killers of the day.
