    Good morning

Insurance changes. Need a new eye dr now which is fine with me. New Glasses and frames in 2021. Nice

I’ve been kicking some cleaning butt and I’m over $1000 in Christmas bonuses!! Go me. Today and a half week left to go. Woot.

Pizza and beer tonight. Yum. Lou, we’re going to Big Woods. Been there?

Mary, exciting stuff for you and your family.

How much snow did everyone get?

Sam, is your basement all fixed now?

    Mornin' BBB.

Nice tips, I mean Christmas bonuses, Kelly.

Off to go snow shoe around the back 3 acres before work. The dogs always thinks it hilarious when I strap on snow shoes and pretend I'm Jeremiah Jones.

We got about 18 inches here, tough to tell exactly because of the drifting. All I know is that I moved a lot of snow yesterday in high winds. Not fun.

    Good morning BBB crew.

Have the grandkids, today. That means getting them logged in for online school sessions. Hope I manage that OK.

The first winter I had my family at Fort Wainwright, in Fairbanks, Alaska, we totaled 144 inches of snow - yes, 12 feet. We shared a sidewalk with the next door neighbor, between two garages. Rita shoveled snow every day until it was up to the eaves on either side of the walk. Then she shoveled it in front of the dryer vent, where it would evaporate. Always amazed to see her - 5 feet tall, 93 lbs. - shoveling away in minus 40 cold.

Really glad snow is unusual in the northwest lowlands.

    Morning BBB

We got 6-7 inches of super fluffy snow. Ron plowed and I scooped the walkways and around the hot tubs. It snowed until about 2. Up to 40 inches not far south of where we were.

We headed out about 6:30 am. Tentatively headed to Skips house pending road conditions and his covid test. Backup plan is lancaster pa. Or wherever along the way we decide to stop.

    Good morning BBB Friends.
    • Cold here this morning but fortunately no snow. I saw snow in one of the Hallmark Christmas movies. I'm good.
    • Speaking of movies I watched Dr. No the other day. I think I am starting a quest to watch all the James Bond movies in order.
    • Safe travels Steph. I hope Covid doesn't interrupt your stop at the stately Skippy Manor. That and we don't want the Professor to get sick.
    • Nice haul Kelly. If I had that kind of extra cash I would be saving for a Caribbean cruise. Someday we'll be able to do that again. Someday.
    • Dr. Jeremiah Jones. Make a good movie. A man and his Springer Spaniels.
    • I hope the house is coming back together Sam. How's DS?

DS is fine, we believe false positive but being cautious,
    Heading out to early vote,
Going by bank for some Christmas gifts,
Trying to track some items ordered Dec. 10th, now show delivery Dec. 22nd; but company says if I order more by 20th they will have it here by 24th
There's a cotton field near here not picked yet, closest thing we have to snow

    Morning~

So much for day off - pending shutdown of government has me working on my vacation day! Ironic?

No results yet - they said three days (tomorrow will be day three) - so if its anything like government it will be a LAST MINUTE notification.

Mary - amen for drive thru SBUX! Not taking any chances going in/out of places. Sleeping in basement as added precaution.

Kelly - curious. We provide holiday appreciation to our team and always wonder what is appropriate. Do you see consistency in holiday appreciation or pretty consistent? We have two ladies that come every other week....it takes them about 3 hours total to do the house. We gave them $100 ea..... I don't know if thats good / bad? They're not breaking stuff in disgust so I guess I'm okay. Insider advice?

    Good evening

Was a productive day, reveille at 0530 and just sat now. Had to go into office, Costco, ds2s, Aldi, home.

    Nice adder Kelly!

Skip when I was first divorced cleaning houses as a side hustle in 2000-2005 Id been happy with that holiday tip! They were about 3 hour jobs for$100 once a month. I did them alone. I had 3 houses, 3 weekends a month. One weekend off. It made my new Mazda6 car payment, til I paid off the 5yr car loan ugghh.

Got a little adder today myself I'm grateful for. We all got an addl 2 week payroll check. Hohoho. :)

Gonna try to catch 2 movies this weekend
Christmas in Connecticut and Family Man with Nicholas Cage

If I was in Alaska or in Wisconsin lol. I'd have me a snowblower I can operate. And I do! :)

You all be well and safe. OXOXOX

    BEHAVE Santa's watching
