Hey all 🌈 wondering if anyone else has any new year's resolutions
I know some people don't like them, but i do enjoy reflecting and taking note of how I can improve 🧘
I've got several resolutions but my main goal is to ride my bike more 🤓🚴
Also my partner and I are doing a dry January. ❌🍻❌🍷❌🥃

My main resolution is to keep working towards my goals for May 1st.
Once the weather warms up, I want to start taking riding lessons again and go to some shows. It's all so expensive and involves a lot of travel, but I'm ready to start making the sacrifices it takes again. I also plan to do whatever it takes to be able to take my horses south for the winter season next year. I do not want to do another winter in the midwest of USA!
If we start getting COVID under control, I hope to join the running group again and take advantage of the social aspects of it. I've been too isolated for too long, even before COVID. I'd really like to continue working on my mental health issues and make more friends.

My new years resolution is kind of a blanket statement to do what makes me happy. Some of that includes making healthy changes like losing weight. 😄 I attended a talk over zoom last night and the speaker talked about things you want to let go of and things you want to strengthen in the next year. I thought that was a good way to look at it.4

I like to call mine New Year's goals. My husband and I talked yesterday about our goals for the year and wrote a couple down and then posted them on our kitchen wall. One of my goals is to hike 150 miles this year. With Covid this year, and nothing open, I started doing more hiking last year and I really want to continue that. I used to hike a lot more a couple of years ago, so I want to get back to that.6

My resolutions are simple:
1. to just come back to plan no matter what happened the day before
2. to be patient when it seems to have no progress in any measurements3 -
My resolutions:
1.) Commit to consistency even when motivation is lacking
2.) Write more because it makes me happy
3.) Be grateful everyday
4.) Love myself for who I am4 -
Goals:
1. Continue to lose weight.
2. Live with boyfriend and work through any issues.
3. Hopefully complete my diploma this year.
4. Work hard at my new job.
5. Try not to ignore spending time with friends too much.3
