Yay finally got it working! I've been out of training for so long that I started Couch to 5K Saturday, so will be doing 3 runs a week on that plus 1 of Kerts workouts a week to get me back into it and see how it goes xx0

Hi managed to join about the only thing I have managed to do successfully on this App. I am feeling overwhelmed really never calorie counted really just ate healthy and portion controlled. Ordered protein powders and will be doing all of Kerts workouts. Got to do my photos and measurements next done all my calculations. Need to stop panicking only had breakfast so far 50g porridge and 2 cups of tea!!0

I'm aiming for at least 3 of Kerts workouts a week plus when I move next week I can add a run and a Spin class. My boss bought me a box of brownies for Christmas and they arrived today....so might need to add in a few extra workouts to make up for those 🤪0
