How and when?

1) When do you prefer to workout and any reason why?
•As soon as you wake up to start your day on a good note?
•During your lunch break or afternoon lull to pick up the pace when it starts to drag?
•In the evening so your whole household can get in on the action?
•Wrapping up an hour before bedtime so you can shower and then easily pass out for the night?

2) When more than one video is included for the day (not including warm up and cooldown), do you do all the videos in one session or break it up throughout the day? Does endurance, scheduling, or anything else factor into your choice?

I'm interested in how others complete the programs, especially if they have an intense day. My answer is below!

    1) I'm not a morning person, so I've never been successful trying to workout before noon. Right now, I usually workout 1500-1700 before making dinner or 2100-2200 before my shower and bedtime of 2300. I've got to work around virtual school and bedtime for my 5yo, so anything from 0700-1500 & 1700-2030 is basically off limits. :D

    2) I'm still trying to build my endurance overall, so I have to break up the workouts if there's more than one video for the same muscle group. I've tried going all the way through and realized I was using AWFUL form or just jogging in place for the 2nd or 3rd videos. On long days in a program, I'll do the first half after school gets out and the second before bed. Yeah, I'm a little sore later on during the 2nd half, but I can push so much more with more energy.
