Happy Tuesday!
Today: run for 20 minutes + 5 min warm-up walk, 5 min walk cool-down, BWEC, ride 2 horses 30 min/each.
Big salad for lunch. 8 glasses of water.

Solid plan for a fresh new day @3greyhorses !
I’m back on schedule for 6 days but still not conquered the scale.
My goal for January is to get to pre-Christmas weight. Quite low bar for many, but not for me. I checked my January attitude in prior years and I took about 2 months to shake myself off of the holiday “spirit “ then.
I would love-love-love a kitten @rayonrainbows 😁. Too bad he’s so far ...3 -

Need to place an online grocery order today. Almost out of fresh fruit/veggies.4 -
Doing pretty good today. Still need to drink more water and eat some fruit. Yoga tonight. Got a covid vaccine today. Not going to lie I had a meals worth of popcorn for supper 🤫 it happens😁.3

i gave him to a foster family this afternoon
we broke our dry January today... we had already given ourselves some allowance for if we're out and about and want a beer, mostly our pack was no alcohol at home, so we didn't exactly break the rules ... we stopped at a friend of ours' open air beach bar with almost no one else around and we sat and had some sunset beers at a bar for the first time since March... felt good, so I'm letting it slide
still walked for over an hour, but no other exercise today. will do something good tomorrow

@Katebook309yahoocom940 I had a dinner amount of popcorn on top of dinner. Sometimes that happens2
