Yes just walked around zoo with bub and hubby for a couple of hours. Was a nice day.

Yes very hungry atm had left over pastrie in the freezer so hve been making sum dangerously gud pies. Made a beef and also a chicken 1. They are soooo tasty but lots of calories so will be good once they are all gone and there is no more temptation. Xo8 -

Logging my third pass day now before the day gets away from me.
Today I have baked a red velvet cake with vanilla butter cream at my 5 year olds request to give to Mimi today when he hangs out with her, I baked lemon bars, and I baked cheddar jalapeño scones and... let me tell you about those scones. They were everything I have.been day dreaming about for days. Holy s***. I’m gonna need to wear pants that just started fitting to my friends house so I can’t fit too much food in me and I don’t go completely crazy. I did a quick add of 2500 calories as a catch all for anything I neglect to add. I’m pretty sure that’s going way over board considering I plan on logging most things but ya know 😂.

Lovely sunny day, I went out on a longer bike ride, tried to notice the snowdrops and daffodils. Signs of spring everywhere.
I had a problem last night/this morning: I woke up in the middle of the night (about 3 am) and couldn’t get back to sleep. I was hot and cold, restless and couldn’t stop unhelpful thoughts running through my head. In the end I got up and went downstairs and had a small snack and a drink of water. Eventually went back to sleep about 4 I suppose. So, the problem this morning was how to log the snack? Friday or Saturday? Luckily, I had closed yesterday with enough spare calories to include the snack (it was only about 60 cals). My weekly total was running a couple of hundred under so the snack wasn’t a problem in the long view.
I’m going to take a pass day tomorrow! We have ordered lunch from the local pub and I chose game pie – pastry! yummy – with chocolate fudge cake for dessert. I shall relax and enjoy every mouthful! It's been very difficult again this week - my son had a crisis over Sunday/Monday, serious headaches, nausea then repeatedly falling over and vomiting. His steroids have been dramatically increased. I believe he has stabilised again now but the situation is horrible. I don't know when I shall see him again. Trying to feel grateful for the time I spent with him last week.

Took my third pass day- no great reason just not been feeling great all day, got a sore throat and just feeling heavy. I watched Netflix in bed (good - rest) but also had too many snacks in the afternoon to boost my energy (no point, waste of calories, didn’t work). Anyway, feeling a bit better tonight so hoping for a good nights sleep and recovery in the morning!
@lesdarts180 my heart goes out to you, sounds like such a tough time, this bl**dy covid makes it all worse. Enjoy your chocolate fudge cake.9 -

Today was a good day. 🚴♀️ed w the kids (they take turns in being a pain and announcing before we leave that they don't want to join me). They are otherwise such a blessing! 🥰 I also did a killer HIIT 🔥 in the evening, to just 🌊 (cool off), paradoxally 😁. Had like 200 cal left.
Also started to make a plan for March. Like putting the stupid mobile 📱 off after 10:30. Fullstop. Have doubts it would work, but hey, I can do it! 💪
One more day to go and determined to give myself momentum for March by not using another pass. 4 of them means I missed the Winner's Circle by a hair! 🦱.

Well today is going to be my first pass of the month. Felt tired all day. I did get in a 30 min spin but burned less calories than usual so was still 89 calories short. Just didn't feel like doing a strength workout to burn them. Feel okay with taking a pass.6

Thank you @RangerRickL for organizing this for us! I used two pass days.
✅ exercised for 30 bike, 10 arms and by the time I get upstairs 10,000 steps!!! I’m exhausted.
✅ I’m under!!! Mostly because we had linner today (late lunch/early dinner) and then I was too full and too exhausted to eat anything else.
✅ tracked everything that I ate and drank. I actually enjoy tracking now.
The scale has been stubborn- that’s ok though. I’m eating better, actually exercising and drinking water (seltzer). This challenge has been a great motivator for me. I’m looking forward to the next one. Thank you again @RangerRickL !!!4 -

The month’s outcomes weight-wise were good, and the calories are not horrendous these past two days, but also not as tight & under control as I’d like. Grief is a curious thing.

One more day to go! I had many thoughts today on what I want to challenge myself on for March. I deciding between two things:
1- do yoga 10 or 15 times through the month
2- burn 30,000 calories by the end of March
I might do one of them or both, no sure yet.

Today I did 20 mins of Yoga this morning, and then this afternoon I walked for 180 minutes outside.
I'm not in the Winner's Circle this month, but I will be in the Champion's Circle.
I too have been trying to figure out a plan to kick it up a notch in March. I'm going to begin the month (Monday) with a fasting cleanse.4 -
Beautiful day here in Southwest Michigan, high 40's. Got together with one of my running groups. We hadn't been together for a while so decided to walk and catch up on life!

I have succumbed to the call of cocktails this evening so I'm taking pass #4. If I had stuck to a single glass of wine and half of my portion of prime rib and sides I would have been within my calorie limits. In the end, I'm OK with it as I enjoyed myself. We were outside for dinner and happy hour in pleasant weather.
So no Winner's Circle for me @RangerRickL
Tomorrow is a new day and I will stay on track for the next month as I have only one planned pass day in March.4
