    @summerskier glad you were cautious about the black ice. So easy to get injured on it. Hope Bandit gets the attention until it’s safe for you to get back there!

    It was freezing this morning, but made myself go out on the bike for a ride - just a short ride round the town. It wasn't even sunny, just cold and almost snowing. I am getting lots of short cardio/walking workouts in during the day - one of the benefits of being retired. I tend to potter around all day - and the weekends are no different to the weekdays, just tedious.
