Another good day. Busy at work but very constructive so that’s ok. Managed to squeeze in a Pilates reformer class before kids Jiu Jitsu and then my new code machine arrived so I tested a few cups. It’s amazing. Boyfriend came over for a chat (we are now officially a couple after just getting to know each other with no pressure for the last month or so). Then we went to my church small group together so he has now met a few of my friends.
Food was ok choices but all logged and under budget. Not drinking enough water at the moment which leaves me very tired. Need to get back on track with that.11 -

Yesterday I got vaccinated - many of you commented and congratulated me, thanks but it's our vast number of medical and support staff and volunteers who need to be congratulated. It was very well organised and painless.
I did wake up (4 am!) with a headache and very slight fever but it passed by 12 so I went out on my bike in the afternoon. I'm very grateful to have received it and looking for the light at the end of the tunnel.14 -

Hungry in the evening for the second day running, I need to work out what I’m doing differently as I don’t normally get hungry after dinner (nibbly maybe!).6 -

Yikes, my Whoop is giving me a lot less calories than MFP or the fitness app I was using for today's activities, like not even a 1/3. It wasn't that far off for spin or weightlifting. Sad to have less calories to eat, lol.8 -
Got dizzy today. Don’t know if it’s the weather or lack of sleep. Dizzy most of the morning until late afternoon. Did get in 4300 steps just taking care of house and kid stuff.

I just learned it's National Women's Physicians Day; sent some luv to my dear friends who fit that category.
Despite it being a tough news day, I stayed the course. I hopped on that elliptical and lifted weights. Tracked and will end the day with a much needed cosmo! Onwards.6 -

Did I exercise today ? You bet at least an hour and a half of snow shoveling snow blowing and getting our huge 4wheeler that we got stuck in the snow with a plow on it out ate well under calorie count and tracked off to bed early10

I enjoy reading everyone’s posts as well. With the pandemic, I’ve not been getting out and doing as much as usual( my jogs outside are my major time spent away from home these days). So I especially enjoy reading what @Dory_42 has been up to. I think I’m living vicariously through her these days! Hopefully, not much longer until the rest of us have access to the vaccine!😀

I had one of those days when I was hungry all the time--probably because I've been coming in well under my calorie budget. I need to remember that this isn't an accomplishment so much as an obstacle I'm creating for myself farther down the line.12 -

I was looking at my weigh in histories and it looks like I lost 9lbs in my first month of UAC. I don’t expect that to happen again this month - shorter month and not coming off the holiday binging - but I’m gonna try for 6 or 7. It must be said, you all really do make it easier to stay committed to the cause. Thanks all. You’re (collectively) kind of the best. ❤️12 -

I have the same base cals you @newbie2143 and totally agree with you that 1200 cal is not realistic for all days. I always eat a portion of my exercise calories back bc I don’t like feeling weak and hungry all the time 😉3
