What exercise puts a smile on your face?
I think I enjoy things for different reasons and for the buzz after. However I recently started doing a dance class and it put's a massive smile on my face
I fly across the room, twist, turn and hit a wall or 2 but love it. I smile all day
So whats the exercise that makes you smile?
