Steak Salad...under 500 calories!

Yolo all!

Today we dove into a new salad (well, made at home anyway). We grilled a 6 oz steak and sliced it ever so thin with my electric knife. Then we split the steak up between the two of us so that we each had three oz. I also made some corn on the cob, of which I had one piece. However, if you were to eat...the steak salad alone, you'd be under 500 calories for a delicious...nutrient and protein rich dinner...MINUS the carbs! (No potatoes needed!)

Get the best greens you can, add in your very favorite vegetables and top with your thin slices of stead. It's up to you if you want to add dressing or not. I did. Poppyseed...which was delicious...I enjoy my oils when I have them. But if you don't want dressing you could just throw a little avocado on it and it would add some needed healthy fats to your salad!
