Working out 20 min a day

Hey, everyone should we try for a 6 day a week 20 min a day work out.
Just 20 minutes of any kind of exercise. (Brady and I are choosing to not include our 45 min walks we have with the dogs.) Our 20 min can be yoga, stretching, running on the elliptical/treadmill, calisthenics, or lifting weights. We think 20 min is easy to fit into a day and with minimal effort we can get a pretty good workout in. Let me know what you think!

    I will be returning to my daily walks. I already have 40 minuted of walking today. More at lunch.
