Yes, yes and yes!
Feeling proud of myself right now as i hve visitor's stay the night which usually means i loose all control with food and over eat. However i just had my dinner a few crackers and a small ice cream and was able to stay within budget! Yay this is huge for me!!! Hope everyone had a lovely day! Xox12 -

I'm using my first pass today. Might workout a bit more to even out the calories, but I did Girvan's Epic for legs and am kindof... 🍄. Nevertheless, I ate too much. Been doing great lately, but I was starving all the time. Maybe I needed this break 🤷♀️.7 -
Out on the bike in the sun this morning (40 mins), walk this afternoon (30 mins) and some low impact short cardio sessions.

I’m off work til Wednesday which is great, but with not much to actually do, I find myself eating out of boredom. I need to make some plans and some lists and keep busy! From Monday we are allowed to meet more than one person outside, yippee. Looking forward to it. It’s been five months since my part of the uk went into lockdown and I’m really feeling it. So... I think clearing up the garden to have a couple of friends over will have to be on my list!7 -

I think I have 2 pass days left but anyway... 5.8 miles of spin tidied up more of the yard where snow has melted and play catch with my cattle dog think he’s tired 😂😂😂! Tracked and logged5

I can hardly believe it. I don't want to jinx myself, but I exercised, counted calories, and stayed under for a whole month, (I know 6 more days to go ) but I haven't been this dedicated since 2005/2006. Now all I need is that exercise bug from then to hit me again where I was exercising at least 2 hours on normal days and 1 hour on off days unlike this 20/30 minutes thing I have going on now. But then, back then I had the knees of a 20/30 year old. these 40+ 300lbs on top knees will let you down. But I will put them to the test for April.9 -

I think I forgot to check in yesterday, but it was another pass. Mondays and Wednesdays are my long days of work--I need to think about how to exercise more reliably on days like those. (I have no excuse, really, with a stationary bike and dedicated workout room here at home. All I'm lacking is gumption.)
Today, however, was completely on track. Lots of walking during a Costco run with the hubs, then a long walk in the sun after that.7
