    ✅ 45 minutes on the bike, plus 25 minutes on arms
    ✅ calories under (had to do extra bike and arms, but it was worth it)
    ✅ tracked everything that I ate and drank

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? ✅ Just a walk again.. finding it hard to stay inside and do weights when it is so nice out!

    Was a rainy day today - so no competitive badminton for us 😂😂😂 Was able to get in my leg day🦵🏽routine, which is WAYYY more challenging.
    Exercise? Yes.
    Under Calories? Yes.
    Logged Food/Drank? Yes.

    how do you feel? okay I guess, but I went way way way over with my salt today, have to watch that. It was this seafood boil, taste good, very little calories, but the sodium will throw you for a loop. :(:s
