Happy Hump day everyone! Bandit got new nikes today so I am hopeful he will be feeling more springy later. He has been a bit off recently. Farrier gave him some special TLC.

Drove home today and got out on my bike for a very short ride. Also got some walking done.
Still not tracking or worrying about calories. Exercising outdoors is good for my mental health.

Once again, I didnt eat my exercise calories. Son and I did an Epic workout 🏋♀️. Also biked 🚴♀️ with him briefly at lunch. That's about it.8

Discovered the bulk ingredients function in the recipe section of mfp! This is an absolote game changer lol i can now start getting creative with my meals without it taking copious amounts of time to log! Made some no bake protien bars last night! They were easy and delicious.
Only 6 days till end of the month with no more passes and a week of bday celebrations ahead lol im hoping i can find other ways to celebrate other than food. Might book in a massage!

I’m a week into being back on Wellbutrin - not long enough for it to be effective mentally but long enough for the side effects to kick in. Appetite is definitely down since I started taking it and the scale is moving a little in the right direction.
Another sad day about people that don’t deserve me being sad about them. I need a good kick in the pants to get me out of this funk.11 -
