No bike ride, I drove up to my DIL to help with some admin. Walked around the village, probably about 40 mins total.

@mshawski - sometimes setting boundaries is hard but completely necessary. Good for you for recognizing it, and then choosing to take the high road. That shows amazing maturity, kindness, and discipline.

Exercise - went to a local nature preserve for my morning run. Even though there’s nothing green or flowers up, it’s still so beautiful and peaceful.

Well yesterday was pass #3 for me.
I just really wanted this high calorie salad and knew it was going to put me over, but I also had two 100 calorie snacks so ended up 450 over. Also, I was wanting that full feeling after a meal, but I wasn't hungry so I have to put part of it down to emotional/hormonal eating.
I did track everything and did a 20 minute HIIT class.5
