    Good morning, BBB!

We're visiting 3 potential wedding venues with Dd20 today. We went to one earlier this week, too. Should be fun! I love hanging out with her and her fiance ... they're GREAT kids. We'll take them to lunch in the middle of it all, too.

I hope Cecelia is feeling better! Hugs all around!

    Morning

So sorry to hear about Cecilia. Hope she’s okay. I trust you didn’t hold up a set of fingers to judge the stick and landing, Lou!!!

Have a great time Lisa/Jim. How exciting.

Been a long week. Down #3 at today’s WI. I’ll take it considering.

Supposed to go to dinner with DW AND DMIL tonight at a new place - but still feeling really puny. Might pull out and just send them by themselves.

    Cheers

    Good morning BBB crew.

We haven't eaten in a restaurant since last March. Not comfortable being in a closed space with unmasked strangers. probably being over cautious, but so it goes. We have done a lot more takeout than in the past. I picked up pizza from a new place, last night (put the leftovers in the freezer). I like garlic, but this was over the top. We won't go there again.

    Morning BBB

My friend from Kentucky never made it yesterday. They kept postponing her flight and finally at 5pm she decided to cancel.

Sun is shining all day so we will likely head out soon. Wish it was a bit warmer.

Today is the 4 year anniversary of mom's death. Still so unbelievable.

    Good morning.

I was unable to properly judge her dismount, Skip. I ran after her and caught the same ice patch. I righted myself awkwardly, though. The East German judge still has it in for Americans though.

Power held up and last night should be the last hard freeze for a while. We don't have hot water though, so please keep any opinions regarding my personal hygiene to yourselves. TIA.

    Good morning BBB friends.
    • The sun is shining in GA. We haven't seen that for awhile.
    • Based on Mary's approval I am going to the funeral today. Ready with mask, distance and sanitizer. Plan to play it safe and keep my distance as much as possible. I need to make an appearance though.
    • Got my 1st store bought haircut in almost a year yesterday.
    • My WI has been consistent all month which is good. I'm where I need to be.
    • Positive thoughts for you Steph. Those kind of anniversaries are tough.
    • Recovery wishes for Cecilia and Skip.

You'll be glad you went and paid your respects Dennis

Steph, huggs to you and your dad, and family back home, I know you all miss her so much.

Good luck Lisa on the venue search! The save our dates went out for ds2 yesterday.

Hope my ds1 gets his water back soon too! Seems TX is pretty messed up with all this and ability to handle it...

We dined out at a sports pub, typical Wisconsin first Friday lent fish dinner, less the crowds and 2 hr wait that is normal pre pandemic. I had a mango jalapeños wiskey old fashion. Whew, had a kick to it. Perfectly distanced, servers very conscious and masked. And I didn't use the restroom lol.

    Have a great day

I'm going watch Breaskfast at Tiffany's for the first time tonite... my future dils favorite movie.... thought I'd borrow her dvd.

    Be well BBB

Posted earlier don't know where it went
DMIL invited nephew and his girl friend to come and stay Sunday night along with his dog, he is welcome to come dog will have to stay downstairs with DMIL. After telling her this she has stayed downstairs; do not know if she is cleaning or pouting; really don't care.
Steph, prayers; folks use to tell me it gets easier, but there are still times I want to call one of parents and share something with them and its been over 30 years
Hope Skip and Cecilia are feeling better,
Event hunting, Jim hold onto wallet
I thought about getting a haircut, thats about as far as it went
