My goal is to not only lose but to tighten. I was the weight before that my goal is now and i just wasn’t as tight as I would’ve like to be. How do I work on that?2

I understand your goal and it can be obtained. I see that you are working out and dieting properly. As you start the next phase of the diet you should start burning more calories and losing some of the water weight helping you to tone up. Women hold more water weight than men so toning can look easy for some and harder for others. But you must remember to eat small meals consistently to be able to maintain a high metabolic rate. I usually suggest eating every 3 hours.

Zech you are on track with doing that sir. I see that you can lose weight now we just have to be consistent and keep pushing. You already have abs, you just have to sculpt your body to make them appear. So keep shredding down and perform the workouts given to continue your body improvement. I know you got this, just stay focused.1
