Lets keep charging hard and making everyday count. We are halfway through the week and almost to phase 1 of diet season. So don't give up and don't cop out now, rememy why you started. I know most days it is more challenging than others but that's when you need to dig deep and push towards your body goals.
Let this winter mold the body for the summer sun to shine glory upon. Push your own limits and continue to do great things. Make sure to log your foods so you can keep track, I can help you and to make sure we get our bodies in optimum condition.
Today's task:
- 6000 steps
- 50 Push Ups (by the end of the day)
