So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.
1 Corinthians 10:31 ESV
I'm thinking I need to memorize this verse. I know I need to be more mindful about thanking God for every morsel I put in my mouth. I wonder if I was committed to doing this every single time, if I would be more aware of what and how much I'm eating. It's impossible to binge to the glory of God. Binging is destructive, not life giving or God honouring. Lord, have mercy!
