I feel like I'm being punished for moving

I'm trying to get back into using my Fitbit every day after being lazy for quite a while. For context my profile is set to Sedentary in MFP.

The other day I was so proud of myself because I walked almost 10,000 steps, which is a huge amount for me. However, I was bummed to discover that MFP DEDUCTED 300 calories from my daily allowance for doing this!!!

I read the FAQ and I *kinda* understood most of it, but this is still blowing my mind. I'm dropped from 1500 calories to 1200 calories because I walked a lot???

That doesn't sound right - it should have given you more calories? Especially if you are set to Sedentary... are you sure you read it right? I mean usually MFP gives me extra calories if I sneeze too much...

Did you log a walk? (don't)

Did you tap and hold on the Fitbit Adjustment found in your Exercise Diary to see the details of the last sync?

Since the OP never did what was requested right above your post - can you?
Post the picture if easier than writing in the figures.
