30 DAY PROGRESS CHART part 2

I have inserted another sheet at the bottom for those starting in sept. You have between 30 and 60 days total to complete your challenge which gives 1 day on 1 day off AT MOST, otherwise you wont really be doing it often enough to push yourself and get the great results we are all seeing.

Put in which Jillian workout you will be doing, how many LBS you are and measurements for day 1 in INCHES. When you complete your 30 DAYS complete it by putting your updated measurements and weight in. At the end of the chart it will calculate your total loss for inches and weight.

  • everybody who is starting a new workout or has in the past couple of days remember to add your stuff to the sept/oct challenge and update your results for the ones you completed for aug/sept when you finish them
