Every month on the 15th, we take our eyes off the scale and celebrate a personal victory/success that is not measured in pounds or kilograms.
I'm really happy about the flexibility in my lumbar spine. I have developed a daily habit of doing 15-30 minutes of morning/active/stretching. I focus on preparation for normal movement and horseback riding. My lumbar spine has always been problematic and often painful.9 -
What is going right for you?6 -
I've lost about 125 lbs, have quit the yoyo cycle finally and am almost at a healthy weight for the first time in my adult life. I have never felt more confident. I no longer have to worry about fitting in a chair. Or have to lie about my weight. And I can shop for non plus size clothes giving me so many more options. I've been consistent with my strength training for about 3 years and I feel stronger than ever before.11

Yes yes and yes. Went for a 30 min walk with bub and did lots of cleaning.
Nsv: Its day 3 of not wasting my calories by standing and grazing. Instead i hve been sitting down like a civilised human being! Lol! This is a huge deal for me! Yay! Lastly the other thing ive noticed is ive been doing uac for 5 months but this month in particular feels like its not as difficult. I look forward to hearing all ur nsv. Night guys. Xox10 -
It’s going to be a pass day for me. Fever, chills and body aches as my body does it’s job after my second vaccine yesterday. Took off from teaching today to rest and drink plenty of fluids. Was caught off guard by the relief I felt getting the second shot.
To celebrate my NSV. Two months of Pilates 3-4 times a week has done wonders for helping my lower back pain and overall mental health. The mornings that I do sessions before work I can tell the difference in how regulated I am in dealing with my students when they are struggling with regulation.14 -

It was a leisurely stroll with a friend. At last, the first person apart from family who has been in my house for 12 months! Actually, we had coffee in the conservatory as we are not officially supposed to meet indoors yet. But we hovered in the lounge for a few minutes.
Party time isn’t on the agenda for a few months yet.
I'm struggling with victories of any sort just now but hopefully will get there again soon.

Apr 15:
✔️ EXERCISE: Yes. 35 minutes yardwork/weeding.
❌ CALORIES: No! 2007/1900. I had a few too many of my Ghiradelli dark chocolate squares today. I bought them yesterday and really thought that I could control myself..... I should have known better!! I don't have THAT kind of self control!! I might have to have hubby hide them for me. Ugh.
✔️ TRACK: Yes.
Using my 2nd pass day today.
PASSES USED: 2/3 (10Apr)(15Apr)

My NSV's:
1. Today I realized that I'm only 1 point away from being in a "normal" BMI!
2. I have several "new" outfits from 2 summers ago when I lost 60 pounds and bought new clothes at the end of summer. They are size 12's and 14's and some of them I've never worn yet!

Another no exercise day in this lost month. Hopefully I will feel up to it soon. I did eat well and log.
Good to be reminded of all the NSVs, and losing more than half my body weight and over 200 lbs has given me a lot of them. However being in maintenance now I need to be reminded...9 -
@mshawski You are amazing too!3

Calories:Y 1675/1800+259 exercise
Exercise: Y treadmill 21 minutes 3.8 @ 6%
Tracked: Y
Weather wasn’t conducive to a bike ride today so I “took the day off” and just did the minimum on the treadmill to be able to log a Y.
So this was day 3 back on IF and went almost 21 hrs. Feel it has been going well and made it thru my night off work without any deviations. The 4- 6 hr eating window (2 meals) almost makes it difficult to get enough calories in. I don’t want to short myself so much that it makes the fasting period more difficult.
As for NSVs I guess with the return to IF I like the empty feeling as opposed to the “I ate to much” feeling. I also checked my blood sugar and was pleasantly surprised so that was a plus also.7 -

NSV ... With my consistency over the last six weeks with the weights I'm finally starting to feel some firmness in my arms and even see some slight definition. I lift low weights and add weight very slowly to avoid joint problems so it's nice to finally see some results. Between that and the ab work I'm also finding my periodic back problems have diminished quite a bit.8 -
