Busy work day but very constructive. Went running in thick mist after work which was different. Under calories but not the best choices. Still that counts as a successful day so won’t be hard on myself about it.
Fingers are full of cuts again thanks to my latest batch of little fluffy demons. They look so cute until you try and teach them to eat.

@RangerRickL I’m definitely looking forward again and so pleased I’m still going in the right direction despite my hiccup earlier this month.
Exercise - yes, 20 mins Pilates, 20 mins exercise bike and 25 minutes SWIMMING!!! The pools reopened here yesterday, so exciting. Between my knee injury and lockdown I’ve not swum since August last year. I’ve really missed it so it was great to go back. But omg, my body really felt it, my arms were burning after just ten minutes.

Today it was announced that over 45s can get the vaccine here and I managed to get an appointment for tomorrow. Having heard from lots of others about side effects I’m planning a chilled couple of days and won’t be doing my usual amounts of exercise.6 -

Yes yes and yes!!!
Here is my spiel for the day and ill warn u its a long one! 😂 I am feeling soooo happy in all areas of my life atm 🤞 and also feeling very in control with regards to eating! Yay! Ive been listening to half size me and implementing alot of her strategies around self trust, realistic goal setting, grazing, stress eating, focusing on actions of here and now rather than the outcome of the number on the scale and lastly not waiting till the wknd to treat myself etc. As a result yest was the 1st time in my adult life that i sat down to eat all my meals instead of picking!!!! I went a whole day doing this!!!! Very big deal for me!!! Yay!! @biketheworld thanks for getting me onto half size me all of her Content really resonates with me @SModa61 thanks for the chewing gum while cooking tip! Xox6 -

Well, today sucked but I managed to stay on plan.
All of my access was deleted at work today due to a system glitch.
All. Of. My. Access.
So. Many. Systems.
So I spent the day begging people to approve the 100 different access requests I had to put back through quicker than they normally would and apologizing every other minute for being a pest.
Thankfully, I didn’t have the urge to eat Oreos for every meal like I would have a year ago so that’s progress I guess?
May tomorrow be less emotionally exhausting and unproductive.8 -
