    @Dory_42 - same... under calories but had a slice of pizza for a snack and a fruit tart as a treat. Some days are just like this - but trying to do better! Tomorrow no slip ups!
    Exercise? Tennis 🎾 today... so nice again! Ready for day 2 of 4 with the weights tomorrow 🏋🏻‍♀️

    Tracked, logged and stayed in range. Short am dog walk, extra long pm dog walk, and a short HIIT workout.

    First day back on IF. Went 19/5 today which is about where I’d like to be. Went well and felt good... now just to frequently reproduce it. Also down another 3 # so that a bonus.
