Went shopping with my friend today looking for flowers for the flowerbeds. We walked around 2 nurseries for over an hour (albeit at a very slow pace!) Other than that, today was a REST DAY for me. Tomorrow is a FAST DAY.8 -

The start of the day around 9:15 the end of stacking firewood for the fall at 2pm . With the help of hubby and son we are all done for the year such a wonderful feeling but am I tired! Tracked logged and stayed under till tomorrow.12 -

@Mrs_Hoffer do you fast for a whole day or 24 hours? How is it? I tried the whole day once but after 25 hours, I didn't feel well, so stopped and never did it again.

@thabit11 I do fast an entire day (24 hours). I'm fine with it, and the hunger pangs come and go in waves. so I drink lots of water on the days that I fast (and usually my cup of decaf coffee in the morning!). Currently, I'm trying to fast 1 day per week.4

Lots of walking today. Fell out of my strength training routine the past 2 weeks with the nice weather - so looking to get back into it again this week! Aiming for 4 intense sessions (2 legs, 1 push, 1 pull) ~ ready to feel the burn 🔥🔥🔥.

8 miles walk today.
We have had repairmen at our house for over a week. Yesterday they finally finished though they still have to pick up some of their tools. Given that they arrive early morning when I typically workout before work, I am surprised at how much this has messed with my normal schedule and thrown me off balance. I look forward to the upcoming week and pushing a reset button.6 -

Rainy day here. Did a pilates class and light arm workout. Weight has been up 1-2 all week, but I'm down two inches so I'm trying to not let it bother me. The Renpho scale says muscle mass has increased by .5 but my Halo says it has actually gone down so who knows.🤷♀️.

I am having a hard time getting back into to swing of things with getting my exercise in. I do better if I get it done in the morning. I am just going to keep moving forward and remind myself that five days in a week is better than where I was last month!

Another great weigh-in this morning! Oddly enough, I think allowing myself to eat back some of my exercise calories is actually helping me make progress more quickly. I know drastic calorie deficits lead the body to think resources are scarce, which slows down weight loss--I just didn't think a hundred calories here or there would make such a big difference.7
