    @Mrs_Hoffer do you fast for a whole day or 24 hours? How is it? I tried the whole day once but after 25 hours, I didn't feel well, so stopped and never did it again.

    @thabit11 I do fast an entire day (24 hours). I'm fine with it, and the hunger pangs come and go in waves. so I drink lots of water on the days that I fast (and usually my cup of decaf coffee in the morning!). Currently, I'm trying to fast 1 day per week.
