    Good morning gentlemen.

I spent five hours out in the shop making shavings and sawdust. It was cathartic. When I go for a week without making something I start feeling restless. I finished a cherry bowl rough-turned in May 2019. Really pretty piece of wood. I'd like to sell it, but doubt I can get anyone to pay enough. Add it to the pile.

Rita made a stir fry for supper last night that was great and very point-friendly (though it's been years since I counted points). I have plateaued again, it seems, right at my old WW goal weight of 174. MY goal is another 10 lbs. down. Still, Rita says I look good. That counts for something.

    Morning...

Did a 3-mile hike yesterday, into a nice looking secluded trout stream. Today going to Otter River campground, where a small (hopefully) group of hams are gathering for “Parks on the Air” day. They transmit from a park (or mountain peak) trying to contact as many other hams as they can.

I shut my phone and computer off yesterday, making space for some quiet time. I might leave them off between now and Easter, if you don’t hear from me that’s why.

My 2nd vax shot is Friday.

    Have a good day (week).

    Good Morning!

Dave, you turn such beautiful bowls. If you ever decided to list them someplace for sale, I'd certainly be interested.

Mike, good for you! I think that is awesome that you have some screen freedom time. I wish that I had the internal stuff to do that. Perhaps after this note, the rest of the day will be without screens.

I have several projects to work through today, including the weekly house keeping chores. I am working on some window trim for the front window. The old trim that we removed still have remnants of the old wallpaper from the 1970s.

    Have a great day!

    Good Morning

After a tough day yesterday, I got my back working again by resting, a good evening stretch at bedtime, and 2 Tylenol ER. Slept like a rock and the stiffness and aches are gone. With temps moving up into the 70's I am going to try some careful work outback cleaning up, watering, and making a list of things to do so I can tackle in small steps. I miss my garden. Not much planned so I think I will also do the baking I postponed yesterday as well.
