    Good morning gentlemen.

Surprised to start the thread, this morning. Usually someone in the East gets us going on work days.

Bad day for Ducks, yesterday. So it goes. Rooting for the Beavers, now. Last time they were in the Final Four Terry Baker was the starting point guard and Mel Counts was the center (I'll pause while you look up who they were). I was attending Judson Junior High. Of course, there weren't 68 teams in the playoffs back then.

There was a personal triumph, yesterday, though. I was down 1.4 lbs. on the bathroom scale, putting me at my lowest weight in at least 4 years. Small steps. I can see the 160s on the horizon.

    Mornin' gents.

    Congrats on your loss, Dave!

Lots of wind today. Drying out after lots of rain yesterday.

    Be OP ;-)

    Good Morning,
Starting out day in 30's should warm near 70
My weight went up over weekend, going to have to start not going out on Saturday nights and not eat when DMIL send DW out for fast food.
    Yoga class awaits
    Enjoy the Day

    Good Morning

Congrats on the scale results, Dave!

Heather and I enjoyed our drive and walk over across the Bay on a sunny day with a gentle breeze. We ended up going 40 min at a relaxed pace. This is the longest I have walked since last fall and back to back with my scheduled (and very stiff) 20 min walk the day before. Combined with Saturday's garden time it was a pretty active weekend. Not much planned today to give the back a day of ease.

Yup congrats Dave on the weight loss. The pac 12 has 3 teams in the final 8 shich is pretty amazing and although very unlikely could have 3 teams in the final four (yeah riiiiight!). I knew going in that both the men and women basketball teams weren't their best ever teams. Too bad the women had no tournament last year with their amazing team. Proud they made the sweet 16 men and women.
Chilly, windy and a bit of rain yesterday.

We went to Palm Sunday Service yesterday. Instead of the sanctuary it was held in the gym/activity building with the big doors wide open aqnd fully masked. We had 25 parishioners plus piano and singer. We were distanced too. Strange atmosphere that way.
Harder to recognize everyone in masks and hard to talk too.
